rdz73​ No, you don't need to buy/rent a box from them to stream your Spectrum subscriptions. Spectrum has an app for Roku devices that can do the same thing. I can't say if they do or do not have a working app for a Samsung TV (Tizen operating system). But the app on a Roku player will work on any brand TV.
