Solid continuous green light on Roku Ultra voice remote. Won’t pair after all online ‘fixes.’

Batteries measure 1.61 volts each. Remote sits on top of the Ultra or 6 inches away in a direct line when I attempt to pair.

No blinking light shows on my smart phone camera when I aim the remote at it and push buttons.

Remote worked perfectly before this sudden failure.

    I assume you've tried pressing and holding the Home and Back buttons (the two buttons next to each other at the top of the remote) for 20 seconds with the batteries inserted?
