Sharp Roku TV glitching/flickering

Got a 7223x sharp model, started glitching and flickering since last night. Tried to reset it, factory reset, system reset/restart, unplug multiple times with 30-60 sec interval, double checked hdmi ...

the comment section wont let me post a video, but it happens on every app and even the home screen, it’s tough to go through settings and restart the unit when the flickering gets intense as it’s hard to read the options. I set my unit in auto update, so I wouldn’t be sure which update this started on. The flickering varies in intensity, sometimes it would take a few seconds between flicker, sometimes it would be every 4 seconds.
