Security - unknown devices connecting to Roku
I use an older top set Roku & remote. There are unknown devices connected to it. Looking back at my internet data usage it’s obvious when it’s been used. How do I disable other future devices, connections, Bluetooth, air play, guest mode?
Setting > System > About will show you the email address associated with the Roku account to which the device is linked.
Log into your account at https://my.roku.com, using that email address.
Scroll down to the list of linked devices. You can unlink any unrecognized device there.
