    Please be informed that your Roku device is one of Roku's Legacy models, which have been discontinued. These models are unable to support newer versions of the Roku OS. Channel providers like Netflix regularly update their channels to ensure users have the best streaming experience. This includes optimizing video quality, improving user interface, and adding new features to enhance the overall viewing experience. Hence, it is essential for the devices to be capable of running the latest operating system in order to effectively support the current software version.
