Hey, Cyndil1953!
We noticed that you're unable to navigate through your Home screen. Can you share if there are any error messages you're seeing, or if your Roku remote is not responding?
In the meantime, try unplugging your Roku device and plugging it back in after a few seconds to see if that helps.
