It looks like you have an issue with the Roku Ultra that is not working with the HDMI converter. 

Have you tried connecting the Roku Ultra directly to the Projection TV or another TV to see if the issue persists or if you notice any difference?

I skipped the receiver and went straight to the component connections from the converter. Still no video. I tried it on another straight HDMI connected TV and it works fine.
