Roku ultra remote not making audible ping

I purchased a new hisense tv, hooked up my remote ultra, all works great except when I can't find the remote. I call to ultra "where's my remote" and the ultra says to listen for the ping...but no audible sound is heard.  I used the ping notification on my phone to ping it and the ping could be heard. It worked with the previous television. I am not sure what would cause this.

    Thank you for letting us know about the issue you've encountered with the 'find my remote' feature on your Roku Voice Remote Pro. We're here to help you fix this.

     Let's try to reboot your physical remote to see if this makes any difference:

    • If your rechargeable voice remote has a pairing button, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds.
    • If your rechargeable voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home for 20 seconds

    If the issue persists after doing so, please try changing the sound of the lost remote finder to see if this makes any difference.
