Roku Ultra LT unstable network connection

Hello, my Roku Ultra LT has been extremely slow since about 1 AM yesterday. Every channel was not displaying much video or images, as if the network was slow. Our network is fine but the errors it shows say the connection is unstable. The Roku will not update, and the Roku wont check connection status properly. Netflix was working for awhile, but had stopped working just a few minutes ago. Nothing in the search is showing, either. I plugged in my old Roku Premier from 2018, and it got stuck on final update 0%, and wouldn't exit that screen with the update failed error. Now I have that one stuck, and my Roku Ultra LT won't work properly. The Roku seemed to lag this morning, but letting it sit fixed the lag... but it was still slow.

Thanks for letting us know about the issues with the Roku Ultra LT! We're here to help.

We recommend the following steps to help resolve the issue:

    1. Clear cache and data: From the Roku home screen, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Network connection reset. Choose "Reset connection" and then-
    2. Restart your Roku device by unplugging your TV and then plugging it back in. This step can help clear any temporary cache or data causing issues.
    3. Check your internet connection: Ensure that your Roku device is connected to a stable internet connection. You can test your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection on your Roku device. If your connection is weak or unstable, try restarting your router or contacting your internet service provider for assistance.
