Roku Tv turning back on 30 mins after shutting off

I have two Roku tvs - 55R4AX and 43R4AX. When I shut the TV’s off using the power button, 30 minutes later the TV turns itself back on and I need to shut it off again.
I have manually updated both TV’s to make sure both TV’s are the most up to date. This seems to be an issue since we did the fix for the tv instantly shutting off after you turned it on.
What fix is in place for this, or how do I fix it as one of the TV’s is in my bedroom and disturbing at night.
thanks.
