Hello, thank you for your reply.
Here is the information you requested:
- Model: 55S421-CA
- Restart: Yes, I have already tried restarting/unplugging the TV, but the issue remains.
- Photo: Please find attached a photo of the TV screen while it is on.
The screen stays very dim even though the sound and menus are working normally.

We'd like to coordinate this with our Roku team. Could you please provide the following details to help us investigate further?
- Roku device info: Software version, Device ID, and Serial Number (found in Settings > System > About).
- Tracker ID Software version and build (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times when the issue occurs)
