Thanks for reaching out. We'd be more than willing to help you find the best resolution so that you can access your Denon receivers on your TCL Roku TVs.
In order to narrow down the cause of the issue, we would appreciate it if you could share with us your device details such as follows:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and current software version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Specific troubleshooting steps you've done to try and resolve the issue.
- When did you start experiencing this?
