Roku Stuck on Loading Screen
My roku box is stuck on the loading screen. I have unplugged it several times, reset the wifi, checked the HDMI cords, and I factory reset it. It remains stuck.

How is your Roku device powered? Is it connected directly to the TV's USB port? If yes, try connecting it directly to the power outlet and see if it does the trick.

I have a Roku 3 and it is powered through an outlet. I finally moved past the Roku loading screen after factory resetting it 2x but it wouldn't move past "repair remote" even though I used the remote to select a language and replaced the batteries. I ended up purchasing a while new box but immediately saw that the new remote works with the Roku 3. So I have a new box I'm not using unless I purchase another television. My intentions were to purchase a new TV with Roku programmed in but I guess not now. Thanks for the response though. I'm not sure how to close this but it can be marked as resolved. Thanks again!
