Hi! I couldn’t tell you when or why it started. I didn’t initiate an update. I hadn’t used my Rokus for many months bc I bought new smart TVs for my home. But there were some apps I couldn’t access without Roku and when I plugged them back in to use them, they were all 3 stuck on the bouncing screen.
model numbers -
3810x, 3930x and 3920x

After you notice that your Roku device is still stuck on the Roku bouncing logo, have you tried unplugging your modem from the power source and restarting your devices at the same time? Network connection issues can cause the device to take too long to load.

Yes I’ve restarted my router many times and it doesn’t have an affect on the Rokus.

I am having the same problem with my Roku 4K plus stick. It's stuck in the bouncing icon.
