    Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

    Let's set the Roku device into pairing mode. When the green light starts blinking on your Roku remote, can you please unplug and then replug the TV's power cord? This will set it to pairing mode.

Thanks for reporting here, BassoII!

It seems like you're having issues pairing the remote to your Roku Streaming Stick.

Could you share the model number of the Roku Streaming Stick you have to help us identify the problem?

In the meantime, can you please try unplugging the device and then plugging it again, but this time, after doing the steps, press and hold the Home and Back buttons of the remote for a full 20 seconds and see if that pairs the remote.

Let us know if that works!

    Have you also thought about connecting the Roku Streaming Stick to a different TV and trying to pair the remote from there?

    Also, are there any lights on the remote when you press the Home and Back buttons together for approximately 5 seconds?

      I thought I could hook it up to my monitor, but no joy.  I have no other TV new enough to have the connections.

      Yes, the green light immediately to the left of the ON button comes on and blinks.  It just keeps blinking through whatever procedure I try.  It also starts blinking whenever I push ANY button on the Remote!

      Are we having fun yet? 😩
