We appreciate your desire to pair your Roku remote with your Roku device, and we're here to help you with this process. To begin, you may consider disconnecting your Roku remote from your Roku TV by following these steps.
- Press Home on your handheld Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select Remotes & devices
- Select Remote (Select the remote model)
- Select Remove
Furthermore, you can pair your remote directly with your Roku device. This process will automatically disconnect the remote from any previously paired devices.
- If your voice remote has a pairing button, it will be located either on the back of the remote or under the battery cover. Press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds, or until you see the status light begin to flash, to put your voice remote into pairing mode.
- If your voice remote does not have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 5 seconds or until you see the status light begin to flash.
