RokuJharra-Q , I'm having the same issues and this is the second remote in my home that has the same issue same model same everything it has been repaired countless amount of times. Do you finally have a solution for this considering this question was sent to you guys a while back?

      I have a Roku express with voice remote. The right button doesn't work very well. You have to push very hard and if you are lucky it works. All the rest of the buttons work fine. After seeing that there are a lot of people with the same problem, how can it be fixed? I don't want to purchase another one when that is the only problem. HELP ME PLEASE!!

        So, since mine was out of warranty....I cracked the case, put in a *very small* drop of hot glue over the right arrow disc.    
        Works fine, just no real "click" feel.
        Seems like either the rubber arrow above wears out or something.  So adding the "bump" seems to solve it for now.
        (Note to tech support:  Get a better "plus sign" thing...esp. on the right, which gets more activity than other buttons!)

    having exact same issue! Tried all ‘troubleshooting’ issues, but still can’t love it to the right- not seeing any solutions that worked- did anyone have success at fixing ?
