Roku Remote Unresponsive After Software Update

Following a recent software update, my Roku remote has become unresponsive, making it impossible to navigate or control the device. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods like changing batteries and re-pairing, the issue persists, hindering my viewing experience. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
