It looks like your remote has a power issue that drains quickly, just a few minutes after charging, which should not be the case. Let's try fixing the remote by rebooting it. Here's how:
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote for 20 seconds if it has one.
- If your rechargeable voice remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Home and Back buttons for 20 seconds.
