Roku remote is not turning on and has no status light

My Roku remote won’t turn on even when pressing the restart button or  pressing the restart button and home button. The light will not turn on no matter what even if I use multiple new different batt...

Same issue here.  2 remotes, neither activate Roku site. Only turn on/off tv.  3 days same issue.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    It looks like your remotes aren’t paired with your Roku device, which is why they only work to turn the TV on and off. To fix this, just press and hold the Home button and the Back button at the same time for about 20 seconds, or until you see a light start flashing on the remote. If your remote has a pairing button on the back, you can also use that to pair it up.
