Roku remote is freezing up and not working

My Roku remote keeps freezing. I’ve done all the stupid stuff that I can find on the Internet that it says to do and it works for a minute or two, and then it freezes up again

    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention regarding your remote issue. Could you tell us how you are powering your Roku device? Is it connected to the TV's USB port or to a wall outlet? Have you tried to repair the remote and see if it helps? If not, you can use our support article as a reference.
