I see you're having trouble connecting your Roku Mobile App to your Roku device, and I would like to take a closer look so we can get this sorted out.

- What troubleshooting steps you have tried so far to resolve the issue?
- What is the brand/model of your mobile phone where the app is installed?
- Are there any error messages when trying to connect the app to your Roku device?
In the meantime, make sure that you have downloaded the official Roku Mobile App, and ensure that it is connected to the same network as your Roku device.
