Roku Photo Stream is lacking an upload

Like others, I've tried every solution identified by the community, but I can't move my created stream from my phone to the TV.  I'm only seeing two buttons on the Roku TV app display, Play video (tutorial) and the QR code (which I used to create the stream).  I don't see a button to upload the stream to the TV or to Roku.  How do I move it from my phone to the TV or the TV Roku app.

Again, I've tried every solution offered on this site.  Reset the system, checked for updates, don't know what else to check.  Seems unnecessarily complicated.  Why not just have an upload button on the app?
