Roku not showing as a device

My TV isn't showing up on my app either but my other Roku devices are tried the same as you. Wondering if you ever got it working because my dog ate my Roku remote for my tv

    Thanks for keeping us posted, OldretiredMKC

    We see that your TV is unable to detect your Roku Streaming Stick. For this matter, we recommend connecting your Roku device to another HDMI port to see if it's able to be detected and shown as one of your devices. It is also a good option to securely and firmly attach the cable and wires of the Roku device to your TV.

I have done everything that you said prior to sending out for help. The Roku fire stick is still not showing up as one of my devices still
