Roku home screen tile size option

I recently bought a new Roku -- ROKU VERSION 14.6.4 BUILD 9915. It does not have the option of 4 by 4 home screen. What happened?

    Welcome GeekMD 

    It seems like you have an issue with the tile size options of the homescreen. 

    To get the 4 by 4 tile size on the Home screen, please navigate to Settings > Select Homescreen > Select Tile Size > Select Smaller and press OK.

I had 4 columns til this AM.  Now I'm stuck with crayon mode.  :-(

It looks like you're having issues getting back to the 4-column option.

  • If possible, can you try the steps and provide the information mentioned above by RokuArcelyn​?
  • You mentioned that you're stuck in a Crayon Mode. Could you please confirm what you see on the screen? Also, a photo or video would be helpful.
