Roku home screen tile size option

I recently bought a new Roku -- ROKU VERSION 14.6.4 BUILD 9915. It does not have the option of 4 by 4 home screen. What happened?

    Welcome GeekMD 

    It seems like you have an issue with the tile size options of the homescreen. 

    To get the 4 by 4 tile size on the Home screen, please navigate to Settings > Select Homescreen > Select Tile Size > Select Smaller and press OK.

The "Tile Size" option is gone. :(

You mentioned that your Roku streaming device or Roku TV does not have an option to switch the Tile size. For further details:

  • Is this issue also affecting other Roku streaming devices or the Roku TV you own?
  • Have you reviewed the options provided by our moderator earlier in this thread? RokuSuzyL​ 

In the meantime, update your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now, and then perform a system restart to ensure all changes take effect.
