Roku goes to Disney Channel login page and then is unresponsive

Our Roku goes to the Disney channel login screen without out us directing it to do that. It then beeps quietly as if receiving button pushes, but does not go to any other channel or Home. the batteries have been replaced. I have pried up the button covers to see if there is something stuck there, but there is nothing. Is the problem with RoKu? Hulu? Disney? it beeps nearly constantly.
