Roku Express remote stopped working

I bought Roku Express 4K about 5 month ago. Couple days ago remote stopped working. I replaced batteries and it worked for 1 day. Next day it was not working. I did all suggested tricks I found on Roku site. I still not able to use my remote. Is there any warranty for my remote? How to get my remote replaced?

  • We have had our Express 4K a couple of weeks and the batteries have been replaced twice already. I’m about to put the third replacement in but this is ridiculous

      Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

        I am having the same problem. I've had my Roku Express for two and a half weeks and the remote has stopped working. I have followed all the trouble shooting advice but it still does not work 

  • Mine did too. Is there number to call for troubleshooting? I have changed the batteries several times and have also gone through the troubleshooting tips.

    Yeah my 4K Express remote has been informing me my batteries are low when they shouldn't be. Most issues have been solved after last night's problems.

      Have you tried replacing the batteries in your remote to see if you are still experiencing an issue.

      If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

    Same problem with volume control. 3 Roku Ultra trued different combinations with same problem

      I have same issue I have to pair my remote to Roku Uktra 3 or 4 times a day. I switched to a different remote same issue. I switched to a different Roku same result. It worked perfectly for years and just stopped working

        Let me know if you figure it out. Really getting to me and my wife wants Roku out of the house

  • My mom bought an express 4K from Amazon and the remote stopped working a few days later. We bought a new one today and with fresh batteries, right out of the box, it’s not working. Our streaming stick is about 5 years old and still works perfectly. So annoying there’s no support from the company that makes this thing. 😡

Aside from changing batteries, have you tried unplugging your Roku device and re-pairing your remote to see if you are still experiencing the same issue?
