I’m trying to set up my Roku express, but it keeps being stuck on pair remote by pushing for five seconds on the button below the batteries. There is no button below the batteries or anywhere that I see
If you have a basic Roku Express (not an Express 4K or 4K+) then it should come with a simple IR remote that doesn't need (or have) pairing. With an IR remote, you simply point it at the device – must have clear line of site to the front of the Express - and it just works.
Newer wifi remotes have no pairing button, instead you press and hold the Back & Home keys together for 5 seconds and release.
