Roku express 4K setup stuck on Roku screen

I just purchased the Roku 4K this evening and am currently attempt to set it up. I followed the instructions and the tv is stuck on the bouncing Roku loading screen. The power is plugged directly into the wall, it’s set on the correct input, I already reset the device and tried the whole setup process again.

    Are you using the power adapter that came with the Roku device?  

    Try using another another power adapter (like a cell phone charger 5volt, 1amp) and see if that gets the Roku device to load past the screen.
