Thank you. The model is RC339. This seems to happen with multiple channels

Did this issue happen after an update? If not, have you checked to see if you're already on the latest software version?
Here's how to check:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Software update
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates

I don’t know if it happened after an update, but the software is up to date
