Roku device factory reset itself after an update

Same thing just happened to my new Roku Streaming Stick Plus today.  It initialized ALL of my configurations back to factory default!  This set me back almost an hour trying to setup the device again from scratch.

  • Model - 3830R
  • Device ID - S1C33525148J
  • Serial - X03700N5148J
  • Software Version - 14.6
  • Tracker ID - 8J-332-754
