Request for Persistent Placement of "Continue Watching" Row

I've noticed that the "Your Apps" row occasionally appears above the "Continue Watching" row in the What to Watch section. While this isn't a major issue, it does raise a broader concern: why isn't the "Continue Watching" row locked into a permanent top position?

This row reflects my actual viewing history and intent, and its placement directly impacts usability. User-driven content like "Continue Watching" should be treated as foundational—not optional. It's the most time-efficient and relevant row for resuming playback, and its visibility should remain consistent regardless of promotional or dynamic UI shifts.

I appreciate that the "Explore Recommendations" row has been removed from my device—for now—but that change doesn't fully resolve the core issue. I'm not asking for more—I'm asking for consistency, transparency, and control.

If Roku has plans to offer row-level customization or persistent prioritization for user-centric rows, I'd welcome that functionality.  Otherwise, I'd appreciate clarity on whether the current behavior is expected or subject to change.

Roku Ultra (4850X)-OS version: 14.6 build 4.9915-G6
