Remove 'On Now" row from home screen?

Please, I'd like an option to disable this.

I've disabled "Live TV" on my home screen, but somehow it's still ok to show "On Now", which is live tv...? I haven't watched live TV in over a decade and have no intention to return. I bought a Roku for it's simplicity to access my streaming apps. On Now is jarring to see each time I use the Roku. 

Please add a feature toggle. Thank you.

Are they just ignoring us?

Are they going to take our feedback and make changes to be able to remove it?

They knew exactly what they were doing when they activated it.

If we are going to be ignored, i.e. basically giving us the middle finger, I am out.. I don't like being treated like a idiot much less ignored as a paying customer..

If you need more money, charge more, but don't treat us like we don't know. But if your just trying to squeeze out every little bit out of advertisers.. than ya, find another s-u-c-k-e-r .

I will give you 30 days from today to take action in removing the "On Now" feature or providing an option to move it or remove it.

I am happy to remove all 5 devices never to use your product again. Way to many other options out there to deal with yet another company treating their customers like idiots.

You all suck, not only are you ignoring your customers you are deleting their questions regarding the "On Now" junk on the home screen.

Still waiting for an update, is the "On Now" section on my home screen going to be removed?

As a person who has a Roku on every single one of their TVs and a TCL Roku TV as their primary, I will never buy a Roku again and will switch to some other platform if I cannot remove this new ‘On Now’ section at the top of my Home Screen. The first thing I see on my TV should not be ads, especially for content I have zero interest in.

I even removed all the various Roku channels that this section is obviously tied to and it won’t go away, all of the recommended content still launches and plays. Guess it’s not really removed after all!

Can you please get rid of the On Now bar? Seriously annoying, trying to make me click on something by accident. Swear you want me to try and pay for something. Very predatory guys.

And if you ever again try to force me to sign your new Terms and Conditions -- else never again use my own television -- I'll put the %^&* thing on the curb!  I never signed a contract with you in the first place, so there are no updates to what never existed.  Further, you attempted to literally hijacked my device and hold it hostage in order to force me to take the action YOU wanted.  I believe that may be called illegal seizure, and I'm now actively looking to join a class action suit against Roku.

By the way, if your new TAC was agreed to by my granddaughter because she REALLY wanted to watch Super Book, then your mouthpiece wasted a perfectly good big purple crayon writing the legalese garbage, because 5-year-olds aren't allowed to sign contracts, you idiots!

Completely agree.  I have no use for this row, it's disruptive, a distraction and really serves no purpose. At the very least I should be able to move it as I can with all my channels.  ROKU, please listen!!!
