Remote won’t stop blinking green

I have tried to reset the remote after replacing batteries, but now all I get is the blinking green light that won’t go away. Nothing appears on the screen and the remote doesn’t do anything but blin...

I have exactly the same issue with my remote. It's been working fine until this week, now it won't pair. As soon as new batteries are inserted the green light flashes, but nothing appears on the Roku screen. The pairing screen on the Roku just spins until it says "No remote found".

Can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

        Mine is doing the same thing. Worked Saturday and tried to use it last evening and it won't pair. Did the whole unplug/pull the batteries out. It just keeps blinking green and won't pair, keeps spinning on screen.
