Remote Buttons Mapping to Wrong Function

The Roku Model is 4200X - Roku 3; Version 10.0.0 - Build 4209-04 (no mention of firmware) It was last updated 6/30

Remote RC19; Firmware 2.01.08.216

Yes, a Restart. I did check for updates. It's currently running the latest version,

Thanks for the posts.

If you are still experiencing an issue with your remote, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

    RokuDanny-R  may be able to assist you further/better.

    In the meantime, you might try re-pairing your remote to see if that addresses the issue.

        RokuDanny-R I have a similar issue, almost identical specs:

        The Roku Model is 4200X - Roku 3; Version 10.0.0 - Build 4208-04 (no mention of firmware) It was last updated Dec 4.

        Remote RC19; Firmware 2.01.08.216

        I too restarted and checked for updates.

         

        EDIT: Factory reset roku and now cannot pair the remote at all....(no pairing light on remote) and have tried all versions of down/up powering remote and device...Looks like a broken remote.
