Volume up switches input and volume down changes aspect ratio

I have a sharp tv. My remote turns my tv on and off, no problem. When I hit the volume up on my Roku remote, it switches input to a screen saying enjoy your stored content. I have to exit out of it w...

Thank you for the response. I have tried that several times. I can hear sound with all codes 1 through 30 but still does the same thing when I hit a volume button.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you've experienced the same issue as reported in this thread. 

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Can you try using the Roku mobile app as a remote and adjust the volume from the app to see the difference?

Additionally, you can perform a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System Restart.

    The mobile app works with my hearing aids. If I click on the headphones icon, I get sound to my hearing aids that I can adjust up and down with phone volume buttons. I do not see a way to adjust v volume from the mobile app. Phone volume buttons do not adjust TV volume, just my phone ringer volume 

    I have done a system restart several times. Has not fixed volume problem.
