You’re experiencing recurring sound distortion with both your Roku stick and the new Roku Ultra, typically resolved by a reboot. To find out more:
- Was the sound distortion happening with specific apps or across all content?
- Did the issue occur after a certain amount of viewing time, or randomly?
- Are you using the same HDMI port and cable with the new device? If so, try a different HDMI cable to see if it does the trick.
- Have you tried switching to a different TV and observing if the issue persists?
