Onn Roku TV has a black screen with sound
It seems like a lot of these Roku TVs are having black screens with sounds wish I would’ve known that before I bought it I got a warranty on it and can’t find the warranty because Walmart never issue...

amandasimmons Unfortunately, the Onn brand is not known for their durability as they tend to use cheaper components in their TV. You would need to reach out to Onn support directly. See link
Hopefully Onn will help you get support. They should be able to help you based on your TV's serial number for warranty support even without a receipt. You should also be able to contact Walmart to get a copy of the receipt, depending on how you ordered/paid for the TV.
