Re: Device won't show on the Roku Mobile app

i have tried EVERYTHING. i cannot connect my tv to the roku app no matter what i do. someone said something about AP isolation or whatever, but i have spectrum and they said there’s no setting like that for the router. on the roku app, it shows my tv in devices in account, it’s just not connecting to it. i tried to do it manually, but it’s telling me ways that i don’t have a device when it’s literally sitting in my face. this didn’t happen before the roku app stopped working for months. what do i even do?

    It seems you're unable to connect your Roku TV to the Roku mobile app. You can follow these steps:

    • Make sure your devices are on the same network
    • Restart RokuSettings > System > Power > System restart
    • Restart the Roku mobile app
    • You can also uninstall the Roku mobile app and install it once again.

    After doing those steps. Connect to your Roku device manually.
