Problem solved, returned for new device.Roku streaming stick 4k remote will not pair

Trying to pair the remote to streaming stick. Have reset numerous times, removed batteries, held home and back button, tried 3 different tvs. Does not have the pair button under the battery door. At ...

Do you have the original usb cable with bump in the middle? That is what the remote pairs to, not the Stick itself. Without the long-range wireless receiver no remote.
