    We understand you're experiencing trouble with Photo Streams, and we're here to help. 

    Have you tried checking if the Roku device is linked to the Roku account where you uploaded the photos? To check this, navigate to Settings > System > About.

Omg, Emmanuel you are absolutely right. Six Roku devices on my account and the one in my office was not one of them. My apologies; and thank you so much.  :-)
