My onn roku tv restarted randomly yesterday and is not stuck in a loop of selecting a language and a wifi. I saw a year old thread with the same issue but the solution was a firmware update that happened before I even got this tv. None of yhe solutions present in that thread work.
Hey, so this started a day ago, was just watching tv and it turned off, so I i assumed i mightve accidentally pressed the remote or something but when I tried to turn it back on it went into the cycle. It shows the grey "onn: Roku TV" startup screen, then goes to the purple startup mode and has me select a language. It then prompts me to connect to a wifi network after which it says "connected, update now" then it has a loading bar, restarts, and loops back to language selection.
So far I've tried to reset it with the button on the back, unplug and replug, and choose different wifi networks.
