On screen navigation not working

I've had my Roku for a couple years, and navigation is skipping forward 2-3 times with each button push, not only on HBO Max since they became just MAX.

  • Hi Hyounglj,

Thanks for your first post here in the Roku Community!

We'd like to understand more about this and see what's going on here.

Could you please provide us with more details about this? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Have you tried repairing your remote to see if there are any differences?

We also suggest performing a system restart from Settings>System>System restart, then trying again to see if you're still seeing the same issue occur.

With more detailed information, we'll be able to provide you with the best solution. Thanks!

    Regards,

    Rey

We are also having the same issue, across multiple Rokus and apps (paramount, Hulu, peacock). There are a few Reddit posts with others having similar problems. Started late last week on paramount, and now on Hulu and peacock. Not an issue on all channels. We have Roku ultras from different years.
