No Video on any apps

This was working yesterday, but today I am not getting any video. There are menus, subtitles, audio, and if I press fast-forward, I can see video. I’ve seen this mentioned elsewhere and have followed the suggestions to:

  1. Restart my router
  2. Restart my Roku
  3. Restart my TV
  4. Check the connection in Roku settings (excellent)
  5. Check my cable connections

In the previous posts about the issue, no one comes back to say what worked.  What should I try next?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with video on your Roku apps! To help figure out what's going on, could you tell us:

    • Are you getting any error messages?
    • Does this happen in one app or across several?
    • What do you see when you try to play something?
    • Did you recently install any updates?
    • A photo or video of the issue would be super helpful!

      Thank you for your reply.  It was a loose connection.  I’d checked the cable connection to the TV but not to the Roku itself.  My bad.  All’s well now.  Thanks again.
