  • robertjakubssr You can skip the credit card payment section and sign up for a Roku account without a credit card on file.

    1. Start the Roku setup on your device: Follow the on-screen instructions until you're prompted to link your device to a Roku account.
    2. Go to my.roku.com/signup: Create a new Roku account using your email and password.
    3. Skip the payment info: When asked to enter credit card or PayPal details, look for the "Skip and continue" option at the bottom of the page.
    4. Once your account is created and linked, your Roku will be ready to use.

    Hey robertjakubssr

If setup doesn’t accept your credit card—especially the expiration date—please double-check the following:

    • The date is entered in the correct format (MM/YY).
    • The card is valid and not expired.
    • There are no extra spaces or special characters in the input fields.

    Hope this helps!
