No sound screen mirroring

Anybody else experience no sound when screen mirroring to Roku Ultra?

      • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
      • Shut down and restarted both TV and iPad, no change.
      • Tried mirroring from TV instead, but had lots of lag, Roku mirroring still no sound. 
      • Screen Mirrored from iPhone without any issue.
      • iPad mirroring worked properly after that worked once.

      • Hate to say, now it does not work again.  Went through the same with no positive change.
      • Is there audio coming from the TV where the Roku Ultra was plugged in when not using screen mirroring?
      • Yes
      • Could you tell us what app you try to screen mirror on your Roku device?
      • JRNY ON ioS iPad 11, up to date

        Thanks for the clarification, and we appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you have tried. 

        We recommend you try the following:

        1. Check your iPad iOS version to see if it's up to date.
        2. Check the network connection of the iPad.
        3. Try mirroring a different app aside from the JRNY ON app to see if the same issue happens.

    Not sure if you made a fix, but currently working on original issue using Ultra from iPad .  There is a slight discrepancy on audio for persons lips, but it works.  Tried second ultra per your request on TV using iPhone, also works.

      Glad to know that screen mirroring with your iPad and Roku Ultra works now. As for the audio that is slightly out of sync, try checking your device network connection and a system restart.
