No remote for hisense roku tv

Looming for a way to fix my issue. I have a hisense roku tv and I have lost the remote to it I tried using the app but the TV is not connected to wifi and I can not connect it to wifi without using a remote. Is there any way to fix this or do I need to buy a new remote.

    Please be advised that remotes for Roku TVs are manufactured directly by the TV manufacturer. We would recommend reaching out to the TV manufacturer's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
