No backdrops app on TCL Roku tv (Canada)

Hello, 

I have a TCL Roku tv, software version 14.0.4, build 12221 and I live in Canada. 

I cannot find the backdrops app even when I search. Can anyone help pls? 🙏

    It finally works in Canada, and is quite pleasant to use. Besides the artwork and photography Roku offers, it also works with Google Photos albums.
