I have a Roku Express 4K+. I don't see any answers fixing this issue. I bought it a few months back but didn't set it up till recently. The right arrow has to be pressed so hard to work and still doesn't work well. That is the main button you need and makes it difficult to watch TV. I have changed batteries, reset everything and nothing works. What can I do to fix this issue?

You do realize that in order to follow these instructions you need to be able to right arrow over to remote which is impossible to do if right arrow isn’t working. Any other ideas?

I am having the same issues as many others and the right arrow button on my remote doesn't work. Or on rare occasions I have to press really hard to get it to move. I have noticed the same issue with the down arrow. I have tried new batteries, resetting the remote and unplugged everything, TV and Roku stick. Nothing has helped. I agree with others and this seems to be a defect in the remotes. I wanted to know how to get a replacement remote.

Hello I have started this thread in January and it is 4 months . Roku never replaced my faulty remote . I am frustrated with this dismal Roku service. When Roku is selling faulty remotes it is their liability to replace with in warranty period . Did anyone on this forum receive replacement remotes? I have bought 2 remotes having exact issues.

I have the same problem described by others regarding the right arrow button. It doesn't respond and you have to press it extremely hard repeatedly to finally get it to work. Your instructions do not help with this situation because operating my tv set is not the problem. I'm trying to use the right arrow button to scroll thru apps and program choices from the Roku menu. All of the other directional buttons work great; it is only the one button that moves to the right that is the problem. Can you offer another solution?
